In today’s ever-evolving world of nutrition, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, myths, and fad diets. My goal is to help you cut through the noise and find an approach to nutrition that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable for your life.

I’m a Registered Dietitian, Certified Nutritionist, and Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, and I’m passionate about empowering individuals to feel better, improve their health, and build habits they can actually maintain long term. I believe nutrition should never feel restrictive, intimidating, or judgmental. Our work together is collaborative—we focus on progress, not perfection.

Every session is personalized, because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. I work closely with clients to develop practical diet and lifestyle strategies that support real-life routines and lead to lasting results.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals managing a wide range of health concerns, including diabetes, PCOS, weight management, pre- and post-bariatric surgery care, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and overall wellness goals. My professional experience includes working at respected medical institutions such as Mount Sinai Hospital, NYU Langone Hospital, Saint Francis Hospital, and Northwell Hospital. At Mount Sinai, I led a specialized outpatient program for high-risk patients with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and obesity. I also developed a comprehensive diabetes education program implemented across 16 offices within The Queens Long Island Medical Group/Advantage Care Physicians.
In addition to clinical work, I contribute to health and fitness articles in Wellness magazine and remain actively engaged in continuing education. I’m a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and participate in several practice groups, including Weight Management & Bariatric, Diabetes Care & Education, Integrative Nutrition, and Dietetic Entrepreneurship. I’m also a member of the American Association of Diabetes Education.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring new places, and creating nourishing, delicious recipes with my two children.

If you’re looking for a supportive, evidence-based, and non-judgmental space to work toward your health goals, I’d love to work with you.
